Introducing Our New Brand, Mitouta
Born from a complete reimagining of our brewing philosophy, Mitouta represents a new chapter for Yoikana Brewery.
The name Mitouta is inspired by the historic names of the Metoba River—"Midouda" and "Metouda." By removing the voiced sound from these traditional names, we created Mitouta, a name that reflects the crystal-clear purity of water.
Crafted with the pristine spring water that has long been the heart of Yoikana's brewing, Mitouta pursues a beautifully clear aroma, refined flavor, and a gentle umami that never grows tiring.
It is brewed with great care to be as pure as water itself—a sake that naturally accompanies everyday meals and everyday moments.
