Announcement: Yoikana’s First Open Brewery Event (May 2–5)
Yoikana Brewery to Host Its First Open Brewery Event
We are pleased to announce that Yoikana Brewery will be hosting its very first open brewery event.
During four special days over Golden Week, our brewery—usually not open to the public—will welcome visitors to enjoy an immersive experience of seeing, learning, and tasting.
Whether you stop by casually or plan a full visit, we have prepared a program for everyone to enjoy.

Announcement: Release of Pasteurized Yoikana Sake – 2025 Brewing Year
We are pleased to announce the release of pasteurized Yoikana sake from the 2025 brewing year.
Sake brewed with Sankei-Nishiki, Kinmon-Nishiki, and Hitogokochi rice will be available in their pasteurized versions starting April 1.
These offerings allow you to fully enjoy the unique character of pasteurized sake, showcasing a different appeal from our unpasteurized (nama) sake.

Announcement: A New Challenge Recognized with a Gold Award
We are pleased to share that our Yoikana Junmai Daiginjo
(Batch No. 3 – Kinmon Nishiki / Batch No. 5 – Sankei Nishiki), brewed in the 2025 brewing year, has been awarded a Gold Prize at the Nagano Prefecture Sake Competition.
These sake were created as part of a new challenge for us, born through careful craftsmanship and ongoing dedication.
Receiving this recognition is a great encouragement to all of us.

Announcement: Reservation Opening and Sales Information for Yoikana Sake – Sixth Brew of the 2025 Brewing Year
We are pleased to announce the opening of reservations and sales for the sixth brew of Yoikana sake from the 2025 brewing year.
This release features Yoikana Junmai, brewed with Nagano-grown Sankei-Nishiki rice and available in two freshly pressed styles: SochoShibori and Usunigori.
Created as an easygoing and versatile Junmai, this sake gently complements everyday meals and can be enjoyed chilled, at room temperature, or warmly heated.
Crafted with the intention of being a comforting presence at the dinner table, it is a sake to be shared, relaxed with, and returned to time and again.
Sales are scheduled to begin sequentially from March 7.

We are honored to announce the opening of reservations and sales for the fifth brew of Yoikana sake from the 2025 brewing year.
This distinguished release features Yoikana Junmai Daiginjo, crafted with Nagano-grown Sankei-Nishiki rice and presented in three freshly pressed expressions: SochoShibori, Fukurozuri Origarami, and Usunigori.
Polished meticulously down to 39%, the celebrated Nagano sake rice Sankei-Nishiki reveals its finest qualities in this flagship creation. Through careful, low-temperature fermentation and prolonged maturation, the sake develops an exquisite balance—an elegant, refined aroma layered with clarity, depth, and a beautifully clean finish.
This is a Junmai Daiginjo that truly embodies the pinnacle of Yoikana’s craftsmanship.
Sales are scheduled to begin sequentially from February 27 and March 2.
